Ilia Geshanov is the CDO at Vaisman Investment Group. He is remarkable for his ability to ensure that each project's result is greater than the sum of its parts. His skill set is very specific but infinitely applicable to almost any field of construction. His professional biography is long and varied and relates to major projects in Bulgaria and abroad. Ilia is proverbially consistent and persistent in reaching our goals.

Plamen Bachev

Head of Sales

Plamen Bachev is a seasoned real estate professional with nearly 20 years of experience, 11 of which he spent in management roles, including positions such as Board member, Partner, and Commercial Director, where he led strategy and transformation efforts.

Plamen successfully managed diverse teams locally and internationally and provided expert advice across all real estate sectors. As a RICS European World Regional Board member, he represents the voice of strategy, built environment, sustainability, and digital.

 MSc. Eng. Ventsislav Krastev

Chief Operations Officer 

Engineer Ventsislav Krastev acts as the COO at Vaisman Investment Group and sits on the VIG Board of Directors. With a wealth of local and international expertise, he has successfully led some of Bulgaria's most significant construction projects. His dedication to fostering teamwork and strategic innovation is central to driving our mission forward and solidifying VIG's reputation as a pioneer in the construction industry.

Mihaela Tzvetanova

Head of VIGROW

Michaela Tsvetanova grew up in Kuwait and continued her higher education in London, where she completed an MBA at the London Business School, and a diploma from HEC Paris in Luxury Brand Management. In parallel, she received the recognition "Young Business Entrepreneur" from Google. Michaela is part of the Board of Directors of Vaisman Investment Group. For over a decade she has been the ambassador of "PETA" London and is the Communications Manager for the "Harvard University Club" in Bulgaria, as well as a mentor for the program of the "America for Bulgaria" Foundation
